Central Denver historic mansions, condos and apartments

Capitol Hill Real Estate

This is central Denver's most populous area.  Capitol Hill’s historic mansions share space with newer condos and apartments, resulting in an eclectic young community. "Cap Hill" as the locals like to call it is home to young professionals working in the nearby downtown area. Interesting tourist attractions including  the gold-domed Colorado State Capitol acts as an anchor for this hilltop neighborhood, while the 210-foot-high French Gothic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception also serves as a focal point. Tour the legendary Titanic survivor Molly Brown's mansion and many more.

This neighborhood can hold  a diverse collection of bars, fine dining restaurants, fast food joints, music venues, convenience stores and  eclectic specialty shops  especially in the Colfax avenue.
