Congress Park is a Central Denver neighborhood that began as a streetcar suburb in the 1900's. Many of the neighborhood structure was built during this period, including Fire Station #15 and Capitol Presbyterian Church.
Homes in Congress Park are older than those found in neighboring Cherry Creek and home styles are a blend of old and new with a wide variety of Denver squares. Many have been remodeled to today’s standards. The farther North you move from the Cherry Creek Shopping Center, the less expensive the real estate becomes.
