The Renaissance Stout Street lofts construction in 2180 Stout Street Denver, Colorado is in full swing and will likely be well on time for its opening in April 2014.
The underground parking structure was completed last May, the tower crane has been removed, and exterior materials-the brick facade has started to go up.
The building features one underground floor of parking with 5 stories of residential apartments above ground. Access to underground parking is through the alley.
The Renaissance Stout Street Loft is an apartment project that will provide 78 units of affordable apartment homes to low to medium income individuals ($16,000 to $35,000), families and youth. It's construction also rectifies the ugly parking lot view near central downtown.
