An old and abandoned post office in 245 Columbine will be redeveloped into a $60 million, seven story, 150 room, luxury boutique hotel. Construction is expected to begin this fall. Originally proposed as a seven story office building, the redevelopment met strong opposition from the Cherry Creek North Neighborhood Association prompting the city to modify the project.
