I know a lot of us Denverites have looked at Highlands Ranch as a sort of suburban no-man’s-land, but recently I’ve sold more homes in the area, and I have to say it has grown on me. My own clients have often told me they would never buy a home in Highlands Ranch. But now that my wife and I have a two-year-old daughter, the BackCountry is looking better every week. And those clients who thought it was such an awful place? Some of them live there today! Here are three reasons everyone should consider moving to the BackCountry:
