PorchLight is taking part in an effort by the organization Dolls for Daughters called Packz 4 Kidz. This is a great cause—they’re trying to donate 250 backpacks filled with supplies to kids in need!
Here’s how we—and you—can help:
- We’ll be collecting NEW backpacks, water bottles and lunch boxes now through August 11th at all of our offices.
- We also have envelopes for collecting cash or check donations toward the supplies to fill the packs (Dolls for Daughters will be buying all the supplies wholesale, so we only need the backpacks, water bottles and lunch boxes). Or online donations can be made directly at bit.ly/packz4kidz.
- To make it easier to donate — I can swing by your home or office to pick up the donation.
