The observatory is maintained and operated by DU, where residents are able to participate in twice-weekly observing nights and monthly open house star-gazing nights sponsored by the Denver Astronomical Society.

NEARBY RESTAURANTS:

The neighborhood is also home to eclectic eateries, local coffee shops, dive bars, and of course, a brewery.

  • La Belle Rosette, a family-operated coffeehouse at 2423 S. University Blvd. is a great little spot to sit back with a book and some espresso.

5 Star Client Review

Barry is a great listener and has tremendous knowledge of the Denver area so he showed me multiple properties that fit my criteria.  Once I decided to make an offer he moved quickly and efficiently to make sure mine was accepted; which in Denver's market is a huge advantage. http://u.zillow.com/w3vuH/
